JSC RPE "Sibtechnocenter" pays special attention on the development of the system of warranty and post-warranty maintenance of the manufactured equipment. The creation and development of the "Customer Support Center" is a step in the development of the enterprise. We strive to improve the quality of feedback and improve our customer service.
JSC RPE "Sibtechnocenter" is one of the first Russian manufacturers that successfully implemented the task of import substitution and development of its own air defense system in 2003. Now we are the first to professionally work on the creation of a Customer Support Center and a network of service and logistics services in the regions. Service centers have already been operating in the cities of Tyumen and Kurgan.
